Our offices, which have recently been refurbished, are located next to the Weston Mercury office and our experienced staff will be delighted to see you during our opening hours which are from 8am until 6pm Monday through to Friday, we are also open Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10.30am to 2.30am to maximise our ability to supply you with a first class service.

Meet The Team

Graham Hutchinson MNAEA Area Manager

Graham is proud to be a born and bred Westonian and started his career in Estate Agency in the town nearly 40 years ago. Graham will be a familiar face to many not only through selling properties but from being an active member of the community and his participation in all things sport! Graham is married to his long-suffering wife and is a very proud father and grandfather to his ever growing family and in his spare time enjoys nothing more than laughter and general silliness with family and friends!

Jordan Lyons MNAEA Sales Manager

Jordan started his estate agency career back in 2007, and has worked his way up from Junior Negotiator to an established Sales Manager and is well known by many in the town. He brings a wealth of knowledge to an already hugely experience team at Hobbs and Webb. Jordan prides himself on giving a first-class service to all his clients and will help you see your transaction through from start to finish.

Carl McWhinney MNAEA Sales Manager

Carl has lived in Weston-super-Mare for the last 30 years and joined Hobbs & Webb after graduating from DeMontford University with an honours degree in Building Surveying. He has worked for Hobbs & Webb for the last 25 years, being taught by two of the most experienced agents in the area, inheriting their work ethics and values.

Kayisha Harding Trainee Sales Negotiator

Having recently joined the Hobbs and Webb sales team as a trainee we are delighted that Kayisha is already demonstrating the skills required to become a great estate agent and we look forward to seeing her progress in the future as she assists current and future clients and works towards siting her estate agency qualifications.

Julie Turner Office Administration

Julie started work for Hobbs & Webb 12 years ago to cover weekend duties. She has since extended her working week and now also works Fridays along with providing cover as needed for holidays and sickness. Julie is a very valued member of the Hobbs & Webb team.
