Residential Lettings and Management
We have a dedicated Residential letting department, run by one of our Partners, John Hobbs. Hobbs & Webb Limited are able to offer a comprehensive residential Letting Service, tailored to the individual needs of the investor or private home owner. All tenants are fully referenced and are usually covered by a Rent Guarantee. For peace of mind, the properties are inspected on a regular basis. In addition, tenants are required to take out Contents Insurance to protect the Landlord's Property. All our property details are available on our website, as well as being displayed in our office - so we receive the maximum levels of enquiries for your home.
Auctions
Where conditions are appropriate, we may recommend selling a property by Auction. We particularly favour the situation where property is in need of modernisation and refurbishment. We find this method of sale finds favour with many sellers, due to the date fixed for the Auction and conversely, buyers are committed to making all enquiries and preparations for finance, prior to the date of Auction.
