Nick was born and bred in Weston-super-Mare and began his career in estate agency in 1980, remaining in the industry to the present day. Nick opened Hobbs & Webb with John Hobbs (Lettings Manager) in 1993 and they quickly established themselves as a confident, honest and reliable local estate agents.
Carl has lived in Weston-super-Mare for the last 30 years and joined Hobbs & Webb after graduating from DeMontford University with an honours degree in Building Surveying. He has worked for Hobbs & Webb for the last 20 years, being taught by two of the most experienced agents in the area, inheriting their work ethics and values.
Born and bred in Weston-super-Mare, Denise has lived in the town most of her life. Denise has had a varied career, working with architects, surveyors, dentists and the local authority, before joining the team at Hobbs & Webb in 2000. Denise brought with her a wealth of experience gained over many years and has become the mainstay of the office.
Julie started work for Hobbs & Webb eight years ago to cover weekend duties. She has since extended her working week and now also works Mondays and assists whenever needed to cover sickness and holidays. Julie is a very valued member of the Hobbs & Webb team.
Georgia has been working in the property industry for the past two years, one year in sales and one year in lettings. Achieving a distinction in A-level Business, Georgia first started work with Ian Jones Estate Agents in Kingswood then moved to Haart in Bristol. Originally from Bristol Georgia moved to Weston-super-Mare with Haart and is now looking forward to developing her career in the property business with Hobbs & Webb. Since joining Hobbs & Webb Georgia has successfully completed her ARLA qualifications.
The newest member of the team, James has grown up and lived in Weston-super-Mare for all of his life. Having spent 6 months coaching cricket in Australia and previously working as a shopfitter and touchscreen technician, James joined Hobbs & Webb in May 2017 as a Trainee Negotiator. James is currently learning the ropes whilst studying for his N.A.E.A qualifications.
Angela has spent most of her working life in the legal profession. She obtained her law degree in 1999, was called to the Bar in 2001 and is a member of Lincoln's Inn. She obtained her PGCE (PCET) in 2008 and taught 'A' level Law & Forensic Science BTEC. She caught the property bug after developing a number of properties and began working part-time for Hobbs & Webb in October 2016 in our residential sales department.
